A Dhaka court sentenced a man to death in a case filed on charges of killing his wife over a family dispute in 2016.
Judge SM Kuddus Zaman of Dhaka District and Session Judges’ Court handed down the verdict in presence of the lone convict Mojnu Miah in the case.
On October 13, 2016, Mojnu Miah killed his wife Fahima at their house over a family dispute and fled the scene.
