52 Nobel Prizes have already joined the Transnational Radical Party and Hand Off Cain in their plea to the Italian Government to immediately present the resolution for the universal moratorium on capital executions to the current UN General Assembly. Amongst the Nobel Prizes are: The Dalai Lama, South African Desmond Tutu, Iranian lawyer Shirin Ebadi,  Polish Lech Walesa,  Kenyan Wangari Maathai,  American Jody Willimas and Irish John Hume,  Mairead Corrigan Maguire and Betty Williams. Amongst the Italians: Dario Fo and Rita Levi Montalcini.
