the military court sitting in Bukavu, DRC, sentenced three soldiers to capital punishment.The three included two corporals and an adjutant who were charged with murder and misuse of war ammunition. One of the corporals was serving in the Navy and was arrested in Bukavu on 14 August 2006, while the other corporal and the adjutant were arrested in Bukavu in May 2006.
