SAUDI ARABIA. PAKISTANI AND NIGERIAN BEHEADED FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING

a Pakistani and a Nigerian convicted of drug trafficking were beheaded by the sword in the western Saudi city of Mecca. Pakistani Ijaz Ahmad Nadar Khan was sentenced to death for receiving contraband hashish while the Nigerian, who was not named, was convicted of "introducing cocaine into the kingdom concealed in his stomach", said a ministry statement carried by the official SPA news agency.
