USA - Tennessee. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to review Tennessee's lethal injection protocol

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied certiorari in Abdur'rahman v. Parker, declining to review the Tennessee death-row prisoners appeal of a federal court ruling denying their challenge to the constitutionality of the state's lethal injection protocol. Death row prisoners contesting the lethal injection protocol were: Abu-Ali Abdur’Rahman, John Michael Bane, Byron Black, Andre Bland, Kevin Burns, Tony Carruthers, Tyrone Chalmers, James Dellinger, Kennath Henderson, Daryl Hines, Henry Hodges, Stephen Hugueley, Akil Jahi, David Ivy, Donnie Johnson, David Jordan, David Keen, Donald Middlebrooks, Farris Morris, Pervis Payne, Gerald Lee Powers, William Glenn Rogers, Michael Sample, Oscar Smith, Charles Wright.
