A convicted drug trafficker, identified only by his initials A.A., was executed in a prison in the town of Shirvan in northeast Iran, ISNA news agency reported.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has acquitted a man who was sentenced to death for allegedly poisoning his young son, declaring the decisions of the High Court and Trial Court null and void, Dunya News reported on March 9, 2026.
