Hands off Cain is a constituent member of the Nonviolent Radical Party Transnational and Transparty which is an NGO with consultative status at the ECOSOC.

Hands off Cain will implement in three years, 20017-2019, a project supported by the EU Commission for Containing the use of the death penalty in times of war on terror in Egypt, Somalia and Tunisia in partnership with the Arab Institut for Human Rights based in Tunis, the Arab Organization for Human Rights based in Cairo and the Somali Women Association based in Mogadisciu and Nairobi.
