27 February 2006 :
a young man from the town of Ardebil, north-western Iran, was hanged in prison. The man who was 22 years old and from the town of Meshkin Shahr was hanged in Ardebil Prison for allegedly stabbing to death another young man in a village near his hometown, ISNA reported.The hanging took place in front of judicial official and police.
