Arslan Habibi, Jabbar Keyfari, and Amir-Hossein Rostami
On November 21, three prisoners sentenced for drug-related charges were executed in Hamedan Central Prison (Alvand Prison). According to HRANA, the identities of the prisoners have been confirmed as Arslan Habibi, Jabbar Keyfari, and Amir-Hossein Rostami.
Reports to Hengaw indicate that Amirhossein Rostami was a juvenile offender, a claim currently under investigation by the organization.  Rostami, aged 23, was a Kurdish prisoner from the village of "Patagh" near Sarpol-e-Zahab. He was arrested five years ago on drug-related charges. Rostami was only 18 years old at the time of his arrest and was working in Tehran. A person reportedly asked him to transport goods to Hamedan using a Pride vehicle. Unaware of the cargo’s contents, he agreed. Upon delivering the goods to Hamedan, he discovered the shipment contained drugs and was arrested on the spot.
As of the time of this report, the executions have not been officially announced by prison authorities.
