13 January 2023 :

3 of the 5 men executed in Arak on 11 January identified. As HoC had already reported, 5 men were executed in Arak prison on 11 January, all accused of drug offences. Initially only one of them was identified: Ali Geravand. Today, January 12, Hrana was able to identify Azad Dadvand, 40, from Sardasht, and Kaiwan Amini Tawakol, 42, from Baneh, both of Kurdish ethnicity.
Both Kaiwan Amini and Azad Dadvand were arrested two years ago and have been imprisoned in Arak Central Prison since then.
