IRAN: A PRISONER HANGED AT KHOY PRISON

16 July 2018 :

A prisoner was executed on murder charges at Khoy Prison in the morning.
Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has identified the prisoner as Babak Bolooghi, 24 years old from Khoy. The prisoner was arrested three years ago on the accusation of murder.
The national media have not announced the news of the execution of this prisoner.
