May 19, 2025 - IRAN. Alireza Zarei and Mosib Farhadi executed in Shiraz on May 19
According to information received by Hengaw, Alireza Zarei, 29, from Shiraz, and Mosib Farhadi, 27, from Sari, were executed on the morning of May 19, 2025, at Shiraz Central Prison.
Zarei had been arrested five years ago on drug-related charges, while Farhadi was detained four years ago for murder.
As of the time of this report, the execution has not been announced by authorities.
