April 8, 2025 - IRAN. Amir Ahmad Sanai (Mazarehei) and Mohammadreza Damideh executed in Mashhad on April 8
As reported by Haalvsh, on the morning of April 8, two prisoners—Amir Ahmad Sanai, a father of two from Hirmand residing in Mashhad, and Mohammadreza Damideh, 32, a father of three from Neyshabur, Razavi Khorasan Province—were executed in Vakilabad Prison as well. Both had been held for three years on drug-related charges before being sentenced to death.
Previous news said that on April 8 5 other men were executed in the same prison.
As of the time of publishing, none of these executions have been reported by state media or judiciary-affiliated outlets.
