(20 June, 2023) - Aref Havasi executed in Ilam on June 20
Prisoner Aref Havasi was executed on 20 June for murder in Ilam Central Prison.
Havasi, a 27-year-old resident of Qajar village in Ilam, was arrested in April 2021. He allegedly killed one of his close friends during a group fight.
