Arshad Javdat Rabat (Javdatian) executed in Zanjan Central Prison on September 21
Iran has executed today a prisoner named Arshad Javdat Rabat (Javdatian) in Zanjan Central Prison. The Kurdish civilian was arrested about four years ago on drug charges and was sentenced to the death penalty. The 52-year-old who came from the Shashmal village of Orumiyeh was the father of three children.
