August 6, 2025 - IRAN. Ehsan Saeedi and Manouchehr Saeedi executed in Gorgan on August 6.
At Gorgan Central Prison, two cousins — Ehsan Saeedi (26) and Manouchehr Saeedi (28) — were executed. They had been arrested two years and four months ago on charges of killing a friend with poisoned pastry in what authorities described as an “honor-related” case.
These executions have not been officially announced by Iranian state media.
