August 31, 2025 - IRAN. Esmaeil Delavar and Arman Reyhani executed in Shiraz on August 31
According to HRANA, two prisoners were executed at dawn on August 31. HRANA has confirmed their identities as Esmaeil Delavar and Arman Reyhani.
Based on information received by HRANA, the two had been arrested on murder charges.
As of the time of this report, authorities have not announced these executions.
