November 24, 2024 - IRAN. Female prisoner Fariba Maleki Shiravand hanged in Khorramabad on November 24.
According to a report received by Hengaw, early on Sunday, November 24, 2024, a female prisoner, identified as Fariba Maleki Shiravand, a 36-year-old resident of Chagni County in Lorestan Province, was hanged in Khorramabad Central Prison.
A credible source revealed that approximately four years ago, the woman was arrested on charges of murdering her mother-in-law and sister-in-law. As of the time of this report, news of her execution has not been officially announced by state-run media outlets.
