Farzad Afsordeh executed at Jiroft Prison on August 4. According to javanehha.com, at dawn of Wednesday August 4, 2021, Farzad Afsordeh was executed at Jiroft Prison, Kerman, on charge of murder. This is the second execution carried out in a week at this prison. Mr. Afsordeh was 25, from Anbar Abad of Kerman who was detained three years ago on charge of murder and was sentenced to death. An informed source said that during the last month, at least 10 inmates have been executed at this prison, a few identified. These executions have not been announced in any state-run media.
