Four inmates executed in Borujerd, Birjand, and Yazd Prisons. On July 11 and 21
According to HRANA, quoting Haal Vsh, on July 21, 2022, two Baluch inmates identified as Zabihllah Barahooi (Zabihullah Barahuei, Brahui), age 38, from Zabul, and Abdolvahed Qanbarzehi (Abdulvahed Ghanbarzehi, Abdul Wahid Qanbarzahi), age 41, were executed in Birjand Prison on drug charges.
On the same day, a prisoner identified as Heydar Hiboorzadeh (Hyidar Hibozadeh, Heydar Hibouzadeh Brahui), age 29, from Zahedan, was executed in Yazd Central Prison. He had been sentenced to death for murdering a security guard in 2016.
Iran Human Rights Organization also reported the execution of Payman Goodarzi, age 27, on July 11, 2022, in Borujerd.
