July 23, 2024 - IRAN. Gulab Shah Nurzehi executed in Bandar Abbas on July 23
According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the death sentence of Gulab Shah Norzehi, a 43-year-old from Farah Province, Afghanistan, was carried out in the central prison of Bandar Abbas.
Informed sources have stated that the death sentence of this Afghan prisoner was carried out without informing his family and in a clandestine manner.
Gulab Shah Nurzehi was arrested five years ago for drug-related charges.
To date, the news of this prisoner's execution had not been announced in the Iranian state media.
