August 31, 2025 - IRAN. Hamed Barahouyi (Hamed Barahouei) executed in Zahedan on August 31.

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Zahedan Central Prison on 31 August 2025. His identity has been established as Hamed Barahouyi (Bajizehi Mingol, also Baji-Zehi) a 25-year-old Baluch man from Zahedan. Per informed sources, he was handed in to the authorities by tribal elders in October 2024 and sentenced for murder. Iranian state media have not reported the executions.
