Hashem Torabi executed in Zahedan Prison on June 26. A Baluch prisoner was executed on June 26. 33-year-old Hashem Torabi had been sentenced to qisas for murder. Hashem had spent around seven years behind bars at Zahedan Central Prison. HoC had already reported the execution of 2 men on June 26 in Zahedan, both accused of murder. One had been identified as Abdulhamid Ghanbarzehi, the other had not been identified, except for the fact that he was from Isfahan, a region with a strong Baluch component. The previous news said that the two executed had a shoot off with the police, and had killed an officer. Torabi and the "unknown" of the previous news have many elements in common, it could be the same case.
