A convicted drug trafficker was executed publicly early in the mornng in the Iranian city of Rasht, located on the Caspian Sea, according to the Herana human rights news agency.Mohammad Reza Tal had been sentenced to death for the sale of 44 kilograms of heroin, the report said.
