February 20, 2025 - IRAN. Hossein Goshoul and Behrouz Goshoul executed in Isfahan on February 20
According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on February 20, 2025, Hossein Goshoul, 32, and his cousin Behrouz Goshoul, 35, both Bakhtiari Lors from Isfahan, were executed in Isfahan Central Prison.
Informed sources stated that six years ago, these two prisoners were arrested along with Behrouz’s brother, Farhad Goshoul, in a joint case on murder charges. While Hossein and Behrouz were executed, Hengaw has learned that Farhad Goshoul’s execution was not carried out, and he was returned to his ward.
As of the time of this report, state-affiliated media have not announced the execution of these prisoners.
