January 6, 2026 - IRAN. Hrana: 2,063 people were executed in Iran in 2025

According to the annual report published by the Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRANA), at least 2,063 people were executed in Iran between January 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026—representing a 119% increase compared to 2024.
