June 2, 2025 - IRAN. Iman Sabeghi executed in Kahnouj on June 2
Iman Sabeghi, a Baloch prisoner from Zahklout, in Kerman Province, was executed in Kahnouj Central Prison. According to information received by Hengaw, the execution took place at dawn on June 2, 2025. Sabeghi, 30, had been arrested six years earlier for drug related crimes. He was transferred to solitary confinement the day before the execution in preparation for the sentence to be carried out.
Iranian state media have not reported the execution
