December 26, 2024 - IRAN. Jahan Tigh third man executed in Jiroft on Dec. 26
Hrana, citing Kurdpa, reports 3 executions carried out in Joroft on Dec. 26. Two had already been reported, also by HoC: As'ad Amini and Saman Fakhri. Jasem Jahan Tigh, an Afghan national convicted on drug-related charges, was also reportedly executed in the same prison on the same day. Mr. Jahan Tigh had also been sentenced to death on drug-related charges. As of the time of this report, the executions have not been announced by prison officials or the relevant authorities.
