Iran hanged a man identified only as Mohammad in the central province of Isfahan for murdering a woman, Shokat, over a debt and then burning her body, the Fars news agency reported.
The public prosecution announced that it had supervised on June 20, 2026 evening the execution of death sentences against five men convicted of premeditated murder and other serious crimes at Central Prison
