IRAN: MAN HANGED PUBLICLY IN SEMNAN OVER RAPE CHARGES

one prisoner was hanged publicly in Semnan, reported the official website of the Iranian Judiciary in Semnan Province. The prisoner, who was identified as H. B., was convicted of rape, said the report.
