November 21, 2024 - IRAN. Meysam Nouri executed in Hamedan on November 21
According to a report received by Hengaw, Meysam Nouri’s execution took place in the early hours of November 21, 2024, at Hamedan Central Prison.
The Kurdish prisoner from Qorveh had been arrested three years ago on drug-related charges. Sources revealed that Nouri had been shot and injured by government forces during his arrest. As of the time of this report, the news of his execution has not been announced by state media.
