July 9, 2025 - IRAN. Mohammad Tayeb Abdollahi and Naser Kazemzadeh executed in Shiraz on July 9.

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, two men were hanged in Shiraz (Adel Abad) Central Prison on 9 July 2025. Their identities have been established as Mohammad Tayeb Abdollahi, a 44-year-old Arab father of one from Ahvaz, and 26-year-old Naser Kazemzadeh (photo) from Shiraz.

A source told IHR: “Mohammad Tayeb Abdollahi was arrested for a murder over financial disputes three years ago and Naser Kazemzadeh was arrested for a murder in a street fight around four years ago.”

At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
