June 11, 2025 - IRAN. Naghi Soufian executed in Ahar on June 11

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Ahar Prison on 11 June 2025. His identity has been established as Naghi Soufian, a 28-year-old man from Zanjan.

He was arrested four years ago for murder.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by media in Iran.
