A prisoner only named as Nouramad executed in Mashhad Prison on September 5. According to Rokna, a man was executed in Mashhad Central Prison on September 5. He has only been named as 45-year-old Nourahmad, known as Keramat and had been sentenced to qisas for murder. Rokna reports that Nourahmad was arrested in November 2018 when he was 42 and homeless and sentenced to death for the murder of an 81-year-old man.
