IRAN PUBLICLY HANGS MAN FOR MURDER

22 June 2007 :

Iran has publicly hanged a man convicted of murder in the western city of
Khorramabad, the website of state-run television reported. The report did not identify the man but said he was sent to the gallows for killing a taxi driver two years ago and stealing his car.
