July 20, 2024 - IRAN. Saeed Sepahvand executed in Khorramabad on July 20
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Khorramabad Central Prison on 20 July. His identity has been established as Saeed Sepahvand, a Khorramabad native arrested around four years ago.
He was sentenced to death for drug-related charges by the Revolutionary Court.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media or officials in Iran.
