May 18, 2025 - IRAN. Sirus Jafari executed in Kermanshah on May 18

According to information received by Hengaw, at dawn on May 18, 2025, the death sentence of Sirus Jafari, a 27-year-old Kurdish man from Kermanshah, was carried out at the city’s Dizelabad Prison. He had been arrested three years ago on charges of premeditated murder and subsequently sentenced to death. The execution has not been reported by state media
