December 21, 2024 - IRAN. Soltan Jahantigh executed in Zahedan on December 21
According to a report received by Hengaw, at dawn on December 21, 2024, a Baloch prisoner identified as Soltan Jahantigh, a resident of Sanjerani village in the Milk district of Hirmand County, was executed in Zahedan Central Prison.
Informed sources stated that six years ago, this prisoner was arrested on charges of murder along with his brother, Naser Jahantigh, and brother-in-law, Hossein Zari.
Soltan Jahantigh had been transferred to solitary confinement on December 19, 2024 in preparation for the execution.
As of the time of this report, the execution of this prisoner has not been announced in state affiliated media.
