Iran publicly hanged two Afghans for the rape of a Dutch woman, state news agency IRNA said.The two were put to death in a square in the city of Saveh, southwest of the capital Tehran. Saveh Public prosecutor Reza Shahkarami did not give details of the case and the Dutch embassy in Tehran was not immediately available for comment.
