March 8, 2025 - IRAN. Ubaid Maleki (Abid Maleki) executed in Khorramabad on March 8
A Lor prisoner named Ubaid Maleki, a resident of Dezful, has been executed t in Khorramabad Central Prison (Parsilon Prison). This execution raises the number of prisoners executed in this prison to two.
According to a report received by Hengaw, on March 8, 2025, the death sentence of 27-year-old Ubaid Maleki, a Lor man, was carried out in Khorramabad Central Prison.
He had been arrested four years ago on charges of murder.
Hengaw had previously reported the execution of another prisoner on the same day, Mohammad Javad (Afshin) Hasanvand, in the same prison.
As of the time of this report, the execution of this prisoner has not been officially announced by state media
