February 18, 2025 - IRAN. Yousef Kavarouyi (Kavarooyi) executed in Kerman on February 18.
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Kerman Central Prison on 18 February 2025. His identity has been established as Yousef Kavarouyi, who was arrested four years ago and sentenced for murder. Informed sources told IHR that his family had tried everything to obtain forgiveness from the victim’s family to no avail. At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
