KENYA: DEATH SENTENCE FOR ROBBERY

26 September 2011 :

in Kenya, Richard Ongwenyi and Dominic Matatu were sentenced to death by Naivasha Principal Magistrate Peter Mulwa for robbery with violence.
While armed with a pistol, they allegedly robbed Catherine Wanjiru of Sh282,942 on August 21, 2010, at Marura farm in Naivasha.
