in Kenya, Justice Mohammed Warsame sentenced former police officer Dickson Mwangi Munene and businessman Alexander Chepkonga to death for murdering Dr James Ng’ang’a Muiruri on January 24, 2009, in Westlands, Nairobi. The judge said “There is only one sentence provided for under Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code. Death.”
