KUWAIT: EGYPTIAN GETS DEATH SENTENCE FOR KILLING COMPATRIOT

16 November 2009 :

the Kuwaiti Criminal Court sentenced an Egyptian man, identified only as Ismail M., to death for murdering compatriot Hamdi R.
The Public Prosecution had charged Ismail with the premeditated murder and using the hammer to kill the man in his sleep with a blow to the head. The session was presided over by Judge Emad Al-Mandeel.
