MALI: PRESIDENT TOURÈ PARDONS TUNISIAN NATIONAL

Amadou Toumani Touré, the President of Mali, pardoned Bechir Sinoun, the Tunisian national sentenced to death for attacking the French embassy on January 5, 2011.
The decision was made after Tunisia's President, Moncef Marzouki, called upon the Malian government to return Sinoun to Tunisia.
