15 December 2014 :

the North Korean regime held a news conference in Pyongyang with nine people it said were the young refugees repatriated from Laos in 2013, in a further bid to refute claims they had been imprisoned and executed.
The news conference was organized in order to reveal “the absurdity” of such “outrageous” allegations by U.S. and South Korean “human rights tricksters,” a master of ceremonies was quoted as saying at the event by Pyongyang’s Korean Central News Agency that published pictures of the nine at the news conference.
The identities of those appeared in public were not independently verified. “I cannot suppress my anger… How could they utter nonsense like that as we are all living well here?” one man, who identified himself as Mun Chol, said at the news conference. Another, identified as Paek Yong Won, said anti-North Korean “human rights slanderers” were distorting the truth about their fate in order to defame the North.
