PAKISTAN: ONE DEATH ROW CONVICT HANGED IN LAHORE

18 May 2015 :

Another murder convict was executed in Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat Jail, raising the total number of executions to 102 since Pakistan reversed the self-imposed moratorium on the death penalty in December 2014 after the Taliban school massacre.
According to the prosecution, Ahmed Khan had killed a man after abducting him in the limit of Racecourse police station in 2008.
Before his hanging, a meeting was arranged between him and members of his family.
