PALESTINE: GAZA COURT ISSUES DEATH SENTENCE

23 February 2010 :

in Gaza, Palestine, the Court of First Instance sentenced A. Gh., 30, to death by hanging for murdering Christian gold trader Akram Issa Ibrahim Al-Amash, 34, in Beit Lahiya on August 2, 2009.
The sentence can be appealed at the Court of Appeal in Gaza.
