SAUDI ARABIA. WOMAN EXECUTED FOR MURDER

11 July 2005 :

Saudi Arabia executed Noura al-Faydi, a Saudi woman convicted of stabbing to death another woman and setting her body on fire. The interior ministry said Noura had been put to death in the western city of Mecca for killing Dalal al-Faydi, pouring gasoline over her body and setting her ablaze.
