SOMALIA: FORMER SPF OFFICER EXECUTED FOR KILLING CIVILIAN IN GEDO REGION

17 January 2022 :

A former Somali Police Force officer was executed on 10 January 2022 for killing a civilian in Gedo region.
The officer was from Darawish forces and was sentenced to death by the Court Martial, Division 27, for killing a motorcycle driver in the district of Luuq, Gedo region.
